The short dress from Cottelli PARTY is made out of black matte look material. The top part of the dress is tight fitting and the bottom part is a flared, swaying skirt part. It is very low cut at the front. There is also an adjustable waist belt with two rings. Soft and stretchy for a comfortable fit.
