The halterneck dress from Black Level is made entirely out of shiny black vinyl. The dress is tight-fitting and is also has sexy lacing over the low-cut V-neck that only just covers the nipples. The flared, swaying, dip hem skirt part is shorter at the front than the back. There is a zip at the back. The halterneck has a press stud fastener.
