S8 Silicone Lubricant 50 ml

When and how much lubricant you apply depends on your personal preference. Find out for yourself what you like. Is this your first time trying lubricant? Start with a small amount on your fingertips and apply it to the desired areas around your intimate parts. If you notice that the vagina can feel drier again, you can always add extra lubricant.

Due to the extensive choice of lubricants, it is sometimes difficult to choose which one suits your needs. Most lubricants are based on water or silicone. In addition to this, you can also choose between different flavors or even lubricants that are extra stimulating. For example, there are lubricants that can give a warming, cooling or tingling effect.

If you have sensitive skin , it is better to choose a lubricant with few ingredients. Some lubricants can cause an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients, resulting in itching. If you regularly suffer from a vaginal yeast infection , it is better to choose a lubricant without glycerine. If you do notice irritation, rinse well with lukewarm water, without soap.

Water-based lubricants have a light, non-sticky texture and do not leave stains on clothes or sheets. They have the most natural feel, are usually skin-friendly and do not disrupt vaginal pH balance. The only downside is that they dry out after a while, so you will need to apply some extra lubricant.

Ideal for long-lasting pleasure. A silicone-based lubricant has a thicker structure so it is not quickly absorbed by the skin, which makes it last much longer than a water-based lubricant. When using silicone-based lubricant, you should keep in mind that you cannot use it in combination with sex toys, because it can damage the rubber of the sex toys.

Vaseline or oil-based lubricants are usually not suitable as vaginal lubricants. They can cause irritation and infections, damage sex toys, stain and even break a condom.

• Lubricant during and after menopause
During and after menopause, most women suffer from vaginal dryness. Because estrogen production decreases, your mucous membranes dry out. Unfortunately, this can have a major impact on your sex life. Sex can be painful, making it harder to enjoy. Using a lubricant or moisturizing cream can be the solution.
• Lubricant and getting pregnant
Are you trying to get pregnant? The best lubricant for sperm to survive is the woman's vaginal fluid because it has the ideal pH value. Most lubricants can disrupt the pH value in the vagina, which can reduce the chance of pregnancy. Lubricant can therefore affect the motility and quality of the sperm cells. When you use a lubricant when trying to conceive, it is best to look for a lubricant that does not disrupt the natural pH value so that the sperm cells retain their optimal quality. Most water-based lubricants do not disrupt the vaginal pH balance.
• Massage

• Extra pleasure
A lubricant with flavour, tingling, numbing, warming or cooling provides an extra effect between the sheets. When using sex toys, it is best to choose a water-based lubricant .
